Glass broken - No refund received - Reliance Vision Express

Hello Sir,
We purchased glass's from reliance vision express at 9-9-2018. With in one month the glass got broken and they are not giving refund or repair ing our glass. They are asking to repalce the glass and we need to pay full amount again. Please help us to get refund our amount.
