I have booked the car from selfdrive.in mobile app for 17th Aug 2018. I was expected to pay 2219 for my car booking. On the payment page the payment did not go through in first attempt through credit card then i choose me debit card for payment. They did not warned or notified me that they are going to deduct 20000 additional as security deposit amount. once booking is done i get to know they had deducted 230000 instead of 2219 from my account. I called them then i get to know that they have deducted 20000 as security deposit. Then i visited their site to confirm the refund policy there they have written that 'THE REFUND SHALL BE PROCESSED IN 2 BUSINESS WORKING DAYS BUT FUND TO REFLECT IN YOUR ACCOUNTS, IT MIGHT TAKE 21 WORKING DAYS (AS PER THE RBI GUIDELINES).'

Currently it is more than 25 working days still the refund is not processed. and it is creating a huge mental torture for me as for a middle class family 20000 rs is huge for more than 1.5 months in total.
