    Worst ever showroom I ever seen. Payment has been done and showroom manager promised that they will deliver it in 3-4 days. But now they are saying that item is not in stock and they will deliver an another model which is not acceptable. I mentioned clearly that I need a specific model in that specific brand.

    I purchase HP 15s ( 15-fc0030AU) laptop on 15/10/2023 at Banglore HRBR layout branch.that time showroom manager tell any issue you can exchange sir 8days time is there . I call the manager on last week I want to exchange because I don't like the model so I want exchange I will go I Phone 14 .now he tell ok but your laptop price on 30,000 I purchase 51,000 . I loss 21,000 only 8 days .I am not using the laptop. This type biggest showroom take this types of responsibility.how to come back customers again purchasing. I want reply for my complaint.

    I had purchased a television in your ambuttur outlet 3 months back and had display issue for which I have made a service request through girls last Friday and for which I have received reference no from samsung . Yesterday was my service due but no response from the engineer call him several time but didn't respond . After making continue follow up he agreed to visit by today before noon but still he didn't revert back . Again after continue follow up he is again postponing the appointment to 4 pm . Am not happy with the way your service engineer and also from the girls outlet staff both are not responding. Pls look into it on priority

    I purchased Godrej fridge from porur girias there is a big complaint about fridge but no response itself from the branch.. very very worst customer service I have ever seen
