    I recently bought Samsung 65QN90B TV for 1,85,000 in Girias - TVK Nagar Branch, Chennai, which was delivered to me on (19-Jan-23).
    The Girias store manager agreed to give me 6 amps TV Stabilizer for free. However the Stabilizer
    was not delivered to me along with my TV which was delivered on 19-Jan-23, when I called and checked
    the manager he told me he was on leave for his birthday and I can collect the stabilizer after two days,
    yesterday when I contacted the salesman (Masilamani) , I was told that the stabilizer cannot be provided now.
    Request you to please look into the same and provide me the stabilizer as promised by the stores manager.
    They are trying to fool people with fake promises before buying once its sold they are not keeping up their words.

    I have purchased Haier Washing Machine in Girias Nelamangala. They informed installation will be done on same or next day. We need to contact multiple times for the update. Technician was poor and was not co-operative. We paid for plumber and get installed. Technician was in urgency to go.

    I purchased one 55 inch Samsung tv on 7/4/23, yesterday my tv has some problem (line mark).while contacting giriyas,that manager handle me roughly,when the time of purchase they treated well,but now their reply is totally different.

    Poor customer service from your showroom after sales,I have bought one Samsung tv on 7/4/23 from your showroom,now tv has complaint, while contacting show room,the manager not responding and not accepting warranty, poor customer service,if I am not getting solution,I will go for legal ,

    Last 7/4/23 I have bought one Samsung tv from Girias Nagercoil show room, unfortunately the tv has some problem (line marks in the left corner), while contacting giriyas show room the sales manager and staffs are insulting me and you have broken the tv ,so there is no warranty,but while installing small mark found in the corner,we don't take care this
    Mark,after two weeks the same mark gets enlarged.i am a poor private company employee,52000 is a big amount for me.kindly arrange to replace with new one, otherwise I will go for legal.also please give training to girias staffs that how to handle poor customers.thanku

    We have purchased Symphony air cooler diet 3d model from girias, we installed it and it worked for 10 mins properly then swing option did not work...we requested for a replacement they did not accept.. we returned it very next day ... This ridiculously bad... No value for money... Now we have own a repaired one... Not satisfied

    We ordered whirlpool Refrigerator and AC they delivered us in a proper way. But after dispatch you people didn't even contact us regarding whether people came for installation.. You said that you have a tie up with whirlpoo,so we they will reach us for installation. We hardly reaching them for 3 days whenever we call they will tell us that they will send them for next day.. Like this it's been three days still no response..
