Fire Boltt smart watch never returned my product after pickup

I purchased a smartwatch (Fireboltt BSW004) through Flipkart and within 3 weeks it was dead. I took it to the registered service centre but they refused to repair or replace it because it was water damaged which is not covered under warranty. There is nowhere it is mentioned that this watch is not water resistant and nothing explicitly mentioned about warranty void on water damage. I want my money back or a new watch.
