I boarded at Delhi transit bus 543 from South Moti Bagh when bus reached near South extension flyover suddenly driver moved the bus under the flyover not over the bridge and that time huge traffic was headed at signal. I asked to the conductor why you are using this way as you can see that there is a huge traffic under the flyover and this is also not a route of this bus then he said "NIYAM KAYDE TO BOHOT HAI JESE 40 KI SPEED SE ZYADA BUS NA CHALANA AUR, RING ROAD PAR BUS NAHI CHALA SAKTE LEKIN PHIR BHI SAB HOTA HAI, KAHA UTREGA ANAND VIHAR WAHA KAYDE KANOON LIKHE H OR AAGE BHI UPAR SE JATI H PAR MAIN TO AAGE SE BHI NICHE SE LEKE JAOGA " I said this is not done then he started misbehaving, abusing and to me. NOW I WANT TO SEE HOW YOU TAKE THIS COMPLAINT FURTHER BECAUSE THIS IS NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE MISBEHAVING, ABUSING, DOMINANCE ANYMORE.
