I have purchased aquaguard Ro+uv 4 months back. It is now leaking at the bottom and sensor is not working. I have requested for your service on 17.6.15 at 8a.m. As they said they will arrange I waited and waited and the next day started. Very poor customer care.despite your service center being in ambattur you are not ready to come for service. I never suggest to buy your products to anyone.I need a new aquaguard or give my money back. If you will not respond I will sue you in consumer court. Respond ASAP. I have to go for work.
