Please be informed that it had been over 30 days now, that I have not received any single call from Optimal Solutions, Barrackpore regarding my Micromax Tab which I have given for repairs.

I have handed over my tab on 16/05/2015 Reference No. E030457-0515-16669789.

Whenever I call I do not get any expected date of delivery.

Please let me know the status. URGENT
