dealy in supplying of gas cylinders

There is a problem in distribution of gas cylinders in the area the distributer takes extra charges of rupess 10-20 to give the cylinders at home and give the cylinders to those persons first who know him personelly..the dates are mention in the recipts but they did not give to us on due date..please take imidiate action nd inspect the area soon..
