Complaint regrading HP Gas station employees looting customers

HPGas filling station located at Rajesh Tower road, Harinagar Vadodara. The employees start the petrol filling machine before the customer is prepared and it does not start from "0". Other major complaint is that they charge a round off figure on petrol on credit card without knowledge of customer. If I make my car tank full at 2430 Rs the amount swiped for my credit card is 2500 Rs . They ask us to locate the car in such a way that the machine is not visible at start and stop of petrol filling. This difference is amount needs to be argued and taken back. THis had happened multiple times. Also this is shared by some friends also in knowledge.
