Cheating by airlink Internet broadband company

I've bought the data plan of 25 mbps by paying rs 5700 for 6 months, since many days I've face a slow speed of Internet then I checked it on speed test meter where i got the result of o.64 of downloading and 1.75 of uploading speed. Though i paid the full payment they are not giving me the proper service of their data plan. I would like to request you to take action against airlink broadband company.
