Complaint against Yamaha for not properly establishing the battery in my R15 V3

I purchased Yamaha R15 V3 BS6 from Vaishno Motors Bahadurgarh in March 2021. Yesterday it was not started when I was about to leave for my home from my office. They delivered the bike without properly inspecting it. They probably did not check the battery or not tighten the screw on battery terminal due to which I faced a major problem and it wasted my precious one hour. Please look into the matter in order to ensure delivery of vehicle only after proper inspection.
