No Water Supply from last 15-20 days

I am living in green field colony Faridabad and Water supply is a very big issue in our area, we are facing water problem from last 12 years. We didn’t get even one bucket water also. This problem facing around 4 months and we complaint lot. And still didn’t take action. We are paying quartly around Rs. 1575 for water and When I book tanker, they water supplier didn’t come, weekly we are purchasing @500 per tank 2000 ltrs water from private tanker. i don't know what is the problem behind this. Before we got sufficient water even summer also. I request to pls take action and solve our problem. Particularly from A Block ie from H.No.1766, Ground Floor Back Side
From last 3 days i am doing water complaint but they are not taking any action even I call many time on following No with following Key person.

Mr. Sanjay ([protected]) - He is water supply coordinator, every time told me water will come but no any result.
Mr. Verma ([protected]) - He told me, currently water not supply from HUDA, this is reason water are not supply in proper way. but you are regularly booking water from last 3 days then water must be supply to you.
Mr. Mahendra(+91-[protected]) - He is not picking phone last 3 days. I call him many times.
(pls take immediate action)

From last 15-20 days in Greenfield there is no water supply please look in this matter seriously ...how many days we buy tanker we have also limit ... please look seriously into this matter
