As I ordered a pay watch launched by Titan in association with YONO SBI, trusting that it's a Titan Product on last Sunday and received the merchandise on Tuesday and linked the same to my bank account on Wednesday.

Since then I am unable to pay through the same and technical team is passing time only that it will work and we are trying to resolve the issue and now they are not even picking up the phone also.

Hence kind request to help me to get the refund.
