Complaint against misbehaving and not giving me my eatable items even after the payment

I was very hungry. I am regular customer of this shop. So I taken eatable items of 60 rs and payment was done by phonepe app successfully. but the shopkeeper didn't convinced that the payment is done because they have no mobile. And took my eatable items back. It hurts me a lot.
