Not Getting speed of internet...

I had take the plan of 60 Mbps GTPl plan but now it’s only getting Around 20 to 30 Mbps

I had complained to Gtpl more than three times and all the three times the automatically my complain request is closed no one is coming home to see that what is the technical problem automatically I am getting the message that your complain is closed

And also at night after 2 Am they are reducing the speed at night also showing 9-10 MBps

I had also call Gtpl agent but now they I am not answering and only telling that call to Gtpl customer care and Gtpl customer care is automatically closing my complain request.
