I purchased a closet(pot seat) from a nearby dealer of hindware,on 7th November 2016.which was a defected piece and for that i registered a complaint at the customer helpline of the said company, they assured me many times that the issue will be handled but it has been 4 months now since i registered a complaint to the company and nothing has been done yet, they just send there employees to inquire, who click pictures n say they will get back to us in a day or two, but it has been months with no appropriate response.
