Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased 1.25 L Pepsi from a dairy shop. It was of expired date which I couldn't see because of less light available. I went to home and drink it then I realized that I have drink something wrong. I complained about it to the shopkeeper but he refused to listen and not even providing the bill. It is a dairy shop and still having all the facilities of a general store. Please help me to punish the defaulter and get my money back.
