I am a long time customer of Axis Bank Branch Akot. And since I have an account with that bank, I have to go there daily. On 29/08/2019, my employee Rajiv Talgot asked for my Aadhaar card and PAN card for KYC and I signed the KYC form but on the same day when my account was deducted from my account, when I asked them to do so, they took the OTP in my mobile. He said that this is a life insurance policy .Then I take the music to him that I do not want any insurance because I have an insurance through your bank and I want a loan on the same policy for which I can not pay this year. Manager Arpit Mishra said in confidence that today we are in dire need of deduction. I will refund the amount to you within 15 days, but if you have work, I will pay you 50 thousand rupees when I do not have them and ask me to refund my money. Despite repeated bouts, my money has not returned to this day

I emailed all the details of my case to all the senior officials of the bank but no action was taken on it.
Even though I report it to rbi, I have no idea what happened to it

All I have to do is pay back the loss and return all my money

Claim Amount :- I have to pay my policy money and all my expenses to cover my losses
