In one point one sollution they get my interview i dont ask me which process you want go or which field experiance do you have they select me for tata process and they said we are providing 15 days training which is unpaid i said ok i will try then 3 days gone for the documentation and all they dont even provide sallary account and id after 3 days they handover us to the trainer and the trainer started to teach about what are the product bt they dont even show us ppt or any kind of visible knowledge then how we can understand that typy of product and after 6 days trainer said all product doned bye me now your going to certification without any script you can byhart all product that time one girl join us and she have comunication issue after her 5or 6 days cover they said your not perfect for this process we are transfer you to another process then we said sir we also dont under stand this type of product can you please transfer us to another process then they are presuries us ki baccha aap kar loge or 15 days hokar bhi humara certification nahi ho raha tha to humne bola ki sir hum aise kitna din unpaid aayenge ghar valo ko jawab dena padta hai please kar do transfer to unhone hume 6 logo ke pass lekar gaye unko hume samjhane bola bola agar nahi jama to fir 1 month baad chod dena fir samajh aaya ki 1 month k baad isliye ki unhe humare upar incentive milega fir tum karo ya chodo hume kya
Fir bhi mene bola mam mujhe nahi jam raha hai to bole ki humare yaha aisa koi process nahi jaha tumhe transfer kare so bitch they are unke yaha 35 process jo unhone hume joining k time bataya bt unhe incentive ka pada tha or vaha pe sallary ka bhi issue hai sallary 15 ya 18 tak hota hai vo bhi bhikari ki tarah line lagakar sallary lena padta hai they dont provide online bank account transfer or vaha ka canteen purani haveli hai
