Complaint against Dr. Deep Kamal regarding fraud.

I’ve been getting a laser treatment from Climic Dermatech, Rajouri Garden branch. I was supposed to have 8 sessions in total and today at my 7th session i complaint of not having seen any results and I had been complaining about this since the 3-4th session. Dr. Deep Kamal tells me that I gave a gap of couple months between my sessions due to which I could not see the results and I won’t even see the results now whereas it was the people at her clinic who asked me not to visit until and unless I had the maximum hair growth which had to be treated. She blamed it all on me, screamed at me and suggested that I should pay again for the treatment and get it all done for the 2nd time whereas the first time all the assurances given by them seem to be a shitshow. Nobody at that clinic knows what they are doing. They have been giving me wrong advices since the begging due to which my money has been wasted and they have 0 knowledge as to what they’re doing and how to listen to costumers. The people at the clinic advise something and Deep Kamal said altogether something else today. I have faced skin itchings too due to them using higher radiations when I complaint of not seeing the results. She said I gave a gap of 5 months between my 2nd and 3rd session which is the reason that I will not see results now whereas they have the whole record and nobody has ever said anything till now but now when my treatment is to be completed they want more money and are fraudulently claiming that it was my mistake and not theirs.
