Sir I am Tanu Rai a resident of Pushp Vihar Delhi 110017. I have ordered food from swiggy. But they refused to deliver the food to me. They represented me many excuses for that. I am attaching the proofs that I have requested them to deliver the food. But they didn't. They also not refunded my submitted money. I have tried to call the delivery person 23 time's. I have send him a messege also but he didn't replied and taken my food. No refund gave to me by the swiggy. The delivery person was very near to my home but didn't delivered and not picked up my phone. Please take necessary action against Swiggy Company so that they learn lesson and they can not fraud or cheat to others common man of Indian Republic. Your kind cooperation is required for this issue. This is not the matter of some price but a matter of a cheating. I have attached Required documents for your reference please.
