Complain against Amazon india delivery fraud

Dear concerned,
I am writing this email to report the mental stress and the financial loss that i have suffered because of the appauling service that i have experienced from Amazon india.

I booked my Moto G mobile for next day delivery and waited at home instead of going to work the entire day for the courier to arrive as i had paid 100 INR extra for gauranteed delivery and this was an exchange offer.

I received an Sms with the mobile number of the amazon agent 7768005598 at 1.17 pm 26th oct.and I started calling him and he kept disconnecting my call. At 5.17 pm i received a sms stating that the delivery was attempted and your door was locked. I kept calling the agent and he kept disconnecting .Post this i called the contact center and complained and was told that now the delivery will be attempted next day.

I have not gone to work today either (as this is an exchange offer) .i spoke to Your advisors named Bharat , Aishwarya, Lena, Pankti and all of them have told me that dont worry and that your parcel will arrive before 8 pm. Today which is 27th Oct.

At 7.10 pm now with 50 mins remaining to 8 pm i call again and am told by Pankti and the floor supervisor named Pravin that the reattempt does not happen next day but the day after .
Mr. Pravin also gives me VAGUE timelines that now it will be delivered between 24 to 48 hrs.

I have been a victim of WRONG INFORMATION by Avinash , Bharat,Aishwarya,Lena and the uncooperative (policy driven) senior leadership associate named Praveen.

I would like to know how will you compensate this loss to me as i have wasted 2 days of my valuable time just because of your so called Well TRAINED advisors and Senoir Leadership associates....
