WE HAVE OBSERVED THAT THE DETECTION OF FASTAG AT BHAGAN TOLL PLAZA, MURTHAL DO NOT WORK PROPERLY AND THEY HAVE NOT INSTALLED BOOM BARRIERS, THE CUSTOMER DO NOT KNOW WHETHER THE FASTAG HAS BEEN DETECTED OR NOT, BUT WHEN HE MOVE THE CAR, THEIR STAFF SUDDENLY SLIDE THE BARRIER TO STOP CAR, THESE BARRIER COLLIDE WITH THE VEHICLE CAUSING DAMAGES. THEIR IS VERY POOR MANAGEMENT AT THE PLAZA AND THEY HAVE EMPLOYED VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF WHO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC. NO MANAGER TURNED UP ON CALLING. THEY ARE HARASSING THE GENERAL PUBLIC
