Poor service complaint against Swiggy

I have ordered from domino's on 24/08/2019. The ordered arrived from jasola branch and 1 item was missing. I complaint the same to swiggy through chat they end up the converstion without giving the resolution. I put the complaint on facebook and person with the charan refused for refund. I had same type of problem with swiggy last time when i ordered from kake da dhaba located in sector 18 noida. The chicken was so smelly the total amount was INR 1409 which was total waste for me. these ppl are damn care about the services and customers can waste the money on bad quality and missing food. I will take up the matter with consumer court where they will compensate more then what i spent.
