    I have booked 4 tickets today of Udta Punjab at Cinepolis Amritsar 5:45pm and I paid through my debit card Rs833.But my tickets were not confirmed and I lodged mail to Cinepolis from their app. & tried 3 times.But no reply received from them.Please help.

    On 7th October 2016, I had booked 2 tickets for the movie "MS Dhoni:the untold story" for 5.30 PM show on 8th October at Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore through
    my credit card. My credit card was charged for RS. 634.36 but I did not receive any ticket booking confirmation by SMS or by email and not even on the Cinepolis website. Please help rectify this issue at the earliest and confirm my booking through ticket confirmation SMS and email at the earliest. OR refund the entire amount to my account at the earliest.
    Here is the message I received from my bank that my credit card was charged by Cinepolis:
    Rs.634.36 was spent on ur HDFCBank CREDIT Card ending 2082 on 2016-10-07:19:42:53 at CINEPOLIS87175.

    Dear sir, yesterday I had booked 5 tickets in cinepolis bhopal at aashimaa mall 11pm show the AC vents are off in interval and faced lot of problem in summer due to suffocation i GT ill today, I complained to manager than also he didn't listen (SONU)

    Hi I tried booking two tickets on 28/02/2018 via internet for cinepolis east Orion mall Bangalore. Money got deducted and there is no refund till now. However I dropped mail multiple times but there is no response

    I see that payment was done 200 rupees. But ticket is not booked. What is this? Cinepolis is playing with customers money ? Refund immediately or I will have raise police complaint

    99 5885 5033- This is supposedly the customer care number for Cinepolis (https://www.consumercomplaints.in/cinepolis-india-b102543).. But when dialed. DOESN'T SEEM TO BE WORKING.
