    I really disappointed when I reached orion mall east located in banaswadi bangalore for 10.25 pm show kisika bhai kisiki jaan movie when I reached all the way from JP Nagar 6th phase to the ticket counter they sd Sir shoe has been cancelled.. this is ridiculous I felt very bad..

    Place Cinepolis Shantiniketan at Nexus shantiniketan mall Whitefield, Bangalore
    Date of booking-18 August
    Audi number 10
    6.50 PM show
    The air conditioning of the hall was switched off exactly at 9 pm leading to lot of suffocation and hot temperature in the cinema hall
    This is not the first time this happened
    This cinema hall frequently switches off Air conditioning to save costs
    I have attached the ticket of the cinema hall
    I need a full refund because of my poor experience
