At huda metro, i was in queue, when my turn came, i asked for qutub minar ticket, he gave me the ticket. I gave 50 rs.he returned 30 rs , whereas the fare is rs. 18 he did not return my balance amount. Then i said why r u not giving my 2 rs, he replied do u hv change 3 rs. I gave him 3 rs he returned 5 rs. Then i said why dint u give me my balance amount at first place. Mean if you hv to return 2 or 3 rs u wont, nd wont even bother to inform the customer about this or correct fare. After all this he started yelling on me. I would hv slapped him the way he was talking. Please take the appropriate action and do honest work. This is fraud..these people are doing any favor to us by giving tickets, its their job nd they are paid for it. Request you to train them well else next time i would go to the police for this kind of misbehaviour.
