Dear Sir,
I have filed a Cheque bouncing case under NI Act. The proof of Affidavit was filed on __ at Egmore court.
I have been present for about 100% of the hearings. The opponent did not came even a single time to the court.
Court issued NBW against her around more than 10 time, but till now no action.
I tried to communicate her through message/call he threaten me like she will case against me because i sent some messages
to pay the cheque amount.She is not ready to talk with us. As she is politician and using her power.
Kingly suggest what to do in this case . This case is pending from 2012.
Kingly suggest me how can I speed up the case?.
