I got a call from shine, they promised a job and told they have 98 percent success. As I desperately needed a job in NCR, so that I can move out of Bangalore.
They kept on adding charges and the benefits they said are no where close.
It is sheer case of misleading and charging money, now they don't take call respond to emails.
They just take call if they are called on personal number where call is not recorded. On recorded call they change their stance and words. There are 1000 of people who are complaining same thing against them on various portals.
They are openly saying if you wish can complain but nothing will happen as they are very old company.
They duped me my 3 months salary and when I complained they called and explained atleast allow service to start.
If we can get call details of first call I had with their agent, the case is solved where he said refund is there.
I stay alone and it has been mentally disturbing to me as it have got me anxious, I overthink it and get into tension. I have to pay interest on credit card as a middle class I can't afford to lose 150000 for fake promise.
All I want is refund in complete so that justice is done, and my money is refunded.
If it is not resolved I might keep running after it.
My proof entirely rest on first call with them.
For example: I was told we will make you brand so that job will easily come to you and in turn given a course for brand, only to realise the course is for sales.
I am not into sales profile. But there agent clearly said 110 percent job guarantee and you can take refund, if somehow that call is played case gets solved.
There are 1000s of case against them.
I also took service from Naukri but I am not complaining against them because they explained perfectly. I took service only after agreeing. They explained multiple times. They still take calls and help.
But this shine is neither helping, not refunding.
I am mentally getting disturbed. If there is another way to resolve through some agency/service provider do help me to get my money back.
