Non refurnd of IRCTC ticket cancellation amount

I have booked a ticket through IRCTC app. PNR no. is 6138453376 on the name of Amol kumar. The same ticket was cancelled on 12 Mar 20, however the amount is still not credited in my account whereas the IRCTC app shows it's refunded. Bank refund transaction ID is ZP59a6dd16b8a39 & Settlement ID is 200000959506219.
