I am sreenivasulu masani belongs perika caste as a resident of kavali. .i have my B.C B certificate since 1983.my son needs caste certificate for his education. But tashlidar of kavali has rejected to give OBC caste certificate.I request you to isuue caste certificate to my son as soon as possible. I called to 1100 so many times.but there is no response.
