Hello team,

I am from vskp and i travelled last year to Vishakapatnam and when i collected my trolley, it was broken. I recently travelled again on 13th Jan from pune and the same thing happened with many of us and when we asked him, he said sorry but what about the valuable items inside the trolley and what will we do with the broken trolley. May i know why the baggage dropping area is too high when compared to other airports in Bangalore, mumbai and delhi. Please take action urgently. My trolley is very new one and i didnt expect this from vskp airport team members. Let me know if u need my boarding pass pics and trolley bills.
