Broadband connection regarding, I have spidigo broadband connection

I have spidigo broadband connection with id - nileshpatel91 from satellite Ahmedabad. Before 6 days internet connection is not working. And website complaint page show error. And no other complaint no. or service to solve the problem. So i kindly help me to solve this issue.
