At 40km/h the car is vibrates

On that day i was given my car in uttam Toyota Ghaziabad.in car there was some problems that one was all soccer,alignment,and last was wheel balancing,and also at 40km/h car was vibrated,all were will be solved but vibrated not so please solve my problem fastly thanku.
