am a tenant in N2274. I had occupied a complete room since march '20 but on August 26th i took internal transfer within the same house and occupied one bed.

1) My security amount was claimed to get adjusted and the remaining was supposed to get back but i didn't get a penny back. My dashboard was in negative. Customer care wrote on my ticket that the rent amount for September will get adjusted in this and i will not have to pay any rent for September. Still my dashboard got charged with 100 rupees for 15 times in September.

2) i opened my nestaway app to pay October's rent and to my surprise my dashboard showed (negative) --19000 rupees. Immediately I updated the service request the something is going wrong. After that when i returned to my profile, to my surprise my entire dashboard is vanished !!!!! As if i am not a tenant of Nestaway!!!

Sumit told that it is a Network server issue and it will be fine in some time. But it has been 48hours since he said this and nothing is fine.
No one from nestaway is picking my call.
You are the first person all this while who picked my call.
What to do now?? Shall I initiate some legal consumer procedures against nestaway?
Kindly suggest amd get this solved ASAP
