Gas Geyser is not Working

Dear Sir

I have purchased the gas geyser of your company last year on 11 OCT 2019 for my home . It had worked till last winter . I have checked it in the Month of August 2019 just to ensure as the winter season is coming ,it had a problem than I call your service engineer. He checked the pipe and said that the problem was in the net and he has cleaned the net and shows it is working fine .

Since than It has not been in use . today I needed hot water, but it did not start . It is very
surprising that your product went out of order only after one season , I was not expecting such type of quality of product from a company like yours.

Warranty expired only four days before as this geyser was used only till April 19 since than it was not in use . So I request you kindly consider it in warranty .Please send your engineer to repair it as soon as possible.
