Against Kaff stove fake product delivery

Dear sir,

From the very first month we are facing issue with the burner and in January 2022 have raised the complaint, till now it is not resolved and i have ordered for 3 burner out of that two burner are not working completely and another one is also not in good condition..it is my humble request to serve the customer or else at-least should tell them we can’t serve. If the product is not good do not sell those products in the market and don’t risk the customers financial, like already that we have invested in your brand and couldn’t buy another.

Only when the business think that customers is the king and the quality shouldn’t be compromised. Only than the business reaches to the top.


Please do not play with customers with your fake products and please don’t waste their money, time and mainly don’t break their trust.
