Incorrectly billing/Charging Extra

Hi Team,

We have done NST last saturday and today to check the fetal heart rate of our unborn baby at Whitefield branch. Last saturday they charged Rs 250 for 20 minutes NST but today they charged double the amount which is Rs 560 for the same 20 minutes test. Please let us know why did you charge extra money for today's same test. We are also from medical background and we know there is no difference between fetal monitoring and NST and both are one and the same.We have the bills for both the test, last week they put NST as description on the bill and today they put fetal monitoring as the bill description or billing code. Why are you guys collecting some extra money from customers with 2 different billing codes for the same test? Billing team doesn't even know which codes to be used for which tests. Ground floor they use NST as billing code wherein 5th floor billing team uses Fetal monitoring as billing code.

Can you tell me the difference between NST and Fetal monitoring?? If there's no difference, then please keep only one billing code for NST and return the extra money you collected from us. Attached are the 2 bills, kindly review and confirm. Please let me know incase of any questions.
