Against cuemaths regarding cancellation of courss

I enrolled my son in cuemaths in the month January 2022 and they gave me options of EMIs and brought zest money in whole scenario and after all the formalities they started course and i had to pay EMI to zest money I agreed and paid my first installment but i didn't find this course worth giving time and I approached Mr. Rahul Agarwal an employee in cuemaths to cancel the course and give back loan amount to zest money he agreed and I was updated that whole process has been done by rahul agarwal that loan mount has been returned but after four months still getting calls for not paying EMIs and rahul agarwal is not giving proof of cancellation of loan.I am tired of answering these call every now and then cuemaths employees are not at all helping me and making it difficult for me
I will be very thankful if i get any help in this case
