Good morning.
I am Mrs Vandana and am traveling from IGI to Patiala in Volvo bus no PB11 9495 re. It stated at 6 am and at 8.05 it has reached only Delhi. I doubt if it is a Volvo. It's AC was switched off for half an hour at Delhi bus stop. A distance of 5 hours is to be covered in 7 hours. I am regretting to bord this bus. No complaint book is found in the bus. Look into the matter and don't harness the passenger that next time they never get bookings for a PRTC bus.
