Against Amount debited but not credited to IGL

I have made a payment on 24may2020 through Mobikwik Rs. 2084.08 against the IGL bill from Flipkart app. It was unsuccessful and amount debited from my account but not refunded yet.

For this Flipkart people said the amount is not showing at their end , you plz contact mobikwik but i can not reach mobikwik as all the numbers are not working.

Do the needful and refund the amount .
