Construction noise at night

Respected sir,
I'm one of the resident of alpha 2 near Somerville school and in this school the construction work is going on at night which creates nuisance and unbearable noise and I'm lawyer and this is against the construction Act laws as per the construction no construction is allowed at night in resdential area.
I request you to take some action against this construction.
