I called to customer care to make complaint for my ceiling fan on 22nd June, but nobody has turned up till now. Neither anybody called me nor visited my home to get it repaired.Because of their mistake why should I pay money when I registered complaint under warranty and their technician didn't turn up for resolution. I'm attaching my warranty card for your reference. Request you to get this done on priority.
