Plz help...Made me fooled and sold hard disk

Dear Sir/Madam,
My computer was not running, so I took my computer to the repair in "Computer Zone" which is in Delhi Saharanpur Road, Loni Ghaziabad. Mr.Sehajad, who is his Owner and examined my computer and said, your computer hard disk is bad, it need new hard disk, I said ok. After installing the new hard disk the computer was turned on and later it was said that the RAM was also bad. Then later I took a other repairing center for my old hard disk to take data recovery and found out that my old hard disk is perfectly fine. Then I went back to the "Computer Zone" and I told sir that my hard disk is fine. You take your hard disk back and give me my money back, Then he talked to me about negativity and did not return the same amount sold.
So I request you to please help me do that I can take my money back
