Wrong qc report complain against Inospire services

Sir ,
I have taken this part time project from this company for 15 days and that offers high salary package . Now they have made spaces in my form filling and said that qc report fails u in project work. Now i am getting legal notice from MINHAZ M. PATEL enrollment no 2203/2016. He is sending me mails and messages on daily basis asking for money of 7000 rs within 7 day else i have to present in court at surat..please help me and kindly take actions in this regard.
