Poor quality of the new product

I, Lalitha Ramaswamy, had purchased your Glen Mixer grinder (GL4022) from Shreeji Enterprises, Thane (West) on 9th June, 2019.

Nevertheless, did I know then that I was inviting trouble for my family (especially for my aged mother and aunt who handle the major kitchen chores), I being a working woman.
Being a south-indian, it is but obvious that dosa/idli batter preparation is mandatory. At the time of purchase, we had made it clear that the mixer should be such that it will ease this job too.
The commitments given by the shopkeeper for your product very many, comparing it to the Sumeet Mixie of the yesteryears (which served this and many other purposes successfully for decades). We realised it later that it was merely marketing gimmick.
We actually started using the product in mid September, 2019. With just two grinds, the GRINDER JAR (Dry and Wet) bottom rubber broke leaving black smudges on the mixer and the jar bottom.
We lodged a complaint with Shreeji Enterprises on 6th October, 2019 and they sent a man to solve the problem. The man was from Big Enterprises. He took the jar with him and assured us that he will bring it back within 10 days completely rectified ( we were at distress as to how we would be able to manage the kitchen chores all these days).
Even after the promised period passed away, there was no response / communication of any sort from Big Enterprises and to our despair the number was not reachable.
With no option left, yesterday I went to Shreeji Enterprises to know about the status. The lady there had maintained a record book of the complaints lodged. To my surprise, I could see all the complaints in the 2 adjacent pages (with date span of 3 to 4 days) with respect to Glen products. The lady called up one Mr. Prem to whom I too spoke. His talks too sounded full of false promises.
Yesterday evening, the rubber bottom of yet another jar, the LIQUIDISER JAR (blending) too broke, once again leaving black smudges

My mother and aunt have spent over 6 decades using mixer (but have never experienced such low quality, delicate one ever in their life).
Sir, if a company is not able to solve minor problems within a short span inspite of being in the warranty period, how can one expect co-operative and customer oriented attitude- post warranty period.
It has indeed been a bitter experience with no remedy till date. Nor do we see any positive outcome from the repairs and regretfully ask the company to take back the “remains” and refund me the money on “pro-rata basis”.

Correctly said : “Experience is the best teacher”. I will be cautious with my next mixer purchase. Also, will warn my near and dear ones not to ever opt for Glen products.
Sir, I would like to draw your attention that if need be I will even approach the Consumer Protection Court as with your products, we don’t “Live Better!” but perhaps, “Lived Better!”.
