Bad swipe amount on their shops swipe machine is not credited back

I purchased some cloths from Kasturi selection in Nigadi Pune on 12/02/19 worth amount 1600/- when I swiped my debit card on their swipe machine, amount got debited from my account. But,the person at the counter forced me to pay one more time as the same was not reflecting in his machine. And told me that the other amount of 1600/- will be returned back to my account in 48hrs. It's been nearly a month that is did not receive my money back and I am continuously following this with Kasturi selection but no positive response from them yet.
