Non-delivery of Flat - Sr citizen suffering - Booked a flat with DLF in 2009

I am a Sr citizen, over 63 yrs age. Booked a flat with DLF in 2009, four years prior to my retirement in 2013, assuming that I shall shift to my house since flat was to be delivered by end 2011.
It is since more than 7 years, having paid almost full amount of around Rs 50 lacs ( my whole life earning), I am still waiting for delivery of Flat and forced to stay in rented accommodation paying Rs 20000/- per month.
Very humbly request DLF to either give possession of Flat no MG 231, DLF Express green Manesar or return my whole money with interest compounded annually @12%.
Possible argument of DLF that matter is subjudice is not tenable since Court cases with farmers started after 2011 by which flat possession should have been given.
Anyway as a matter of justice I should either get flat of my money back with interest.
