non delivery of cylinder

I am resident of Bulla VIP and my consumer no. is 9751215,i have not received gas cylinder yet although i have booked on 13.2.2015. Your Delivery Man ---JAYANTA--- I have contacted him 3 to 4 times everyday and he switch off his mobile. But not yet got my cylinder.So kindly take an action against him or azara sivam gas agency.
